General terms and conditions of trailer rental
The caravan is reserved only after the payment of at least 50% of the rental price to the landlord's account. By the date of handing over the caravan, 100% of the rental price and a one-time service fee of €60 must be paid. For payments via account, please use the contract number as the variable symbol, or enter your name in the note. The cancellation fee at the time of reservation is at least 50% of the rental price and the amount of the service fee. At the time of picking up the caravan, a deposit of €1,000 must be paid, for foreign nationals €3,000, which will be returned after the end of the rental. The deposit serves to cover damages incurred during the rental period. In the event of damage to the caravan, the tenant's co-participation is 10% of the damage cost, at least €600 for each subsequent damage during the rental period; for damages up to €600, the tenant will pay the damage cost, which will be deducted from the deposit. If the caravan is returned uncleaned, a fee ranging from €10 will be charged to the tenant depending on the level of dirtiness. The fee will be deducted from the deposit.
In the event of not returning the caravan on the rental end date by 16:00 outside the main season or by 18:00 during the main season, a fine of €100 will be charged and for each started day of delay in returning the rented caravan. The rental starts on the first day of the rental from 7:00 am, by agreement even earlier – if the caravan is ready, it can be handed over the day before the rental starts after 5:00 pm, and the rental ends on the last day of the rental by 4:00 pm, by confirmed agreement with the landlord even later.
If the landlord cannot provide the agreed type of caravan through no fault of their own, they will provide a replacement or return the full deposit. The landlord will inform the tenant of this fact without delay.

Cesta poľnohospodárov 8, 971 01 Prievidza, or by delivery to a previously contractually agreed place of delivery and return.
