The caravan has a capacity of 6 people and stands out from the competition with its fantastic large rear hatch, allowing you to bring nature into your home. It has a large and spacious lounge, which comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children, while you can enjoy the view. The lounge can be converted into a double bed and an additional bed can be added under the pop-up roof to accommodate 2 more guests. There are two separate bunk beds in the rear, which can accommodate 2 more guests.
The indoor kitchen allows you to cook whatever the location and weather, and a fridge with fresh beer is always available. The bathroom is spacious with an indoor shower and toilet. It also has an outdoor shower for washing off sand for children or the dog. The Cross X5 is Decamp's largest model and the only model where you can optionally choose a pull-out kitchen.
At just 5.3 metres long, it still fits into a standard parking space, allowing you to park and move around in more urban environments with ease. What are the dimensions of the Decamp X5 and how many people does it sleep?
The Decamp X5 is 530 cm long including the drawbar (430 cm body), 220 cm wide and 253 cm tall; with the roof raised the interior height reaches 302 cm. It sleeps 4 as standard (main bed 191 × 182 cm plus bunks), optionally up to 6 with the ceiling bed. It carries a 115 l fresh-water tank and rides on a KNOTT independent suspension.
How much does the rental cost?
Renting the Decamp X5 costs 125 € per day depending on the season, plus a one-time service fee of 100 € (covering the handover briefing and preparation). The booking calendar on this page calculates the exact price for your dates.
What is the minimum and maximum rental length?
The minimum rental is 3 days and the maximum is 20 days. You can book online directly in the calendar on this page — a confirmation e-mail follows immediately.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A refundable deposit of €1,000 (€3,000 for foreign nationals) is due at pick-up. The reservation is confirmed after paying at least 50% of the rental price and can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start. Full details are in the rental terms and conditions.
What is included in the rental price?
The price includes handover briefing (approx. 1–1.5 hours). The caravan is handed over clean, with a valid technical inspection and liability insurance.
What car and driving licence do I need?
It depends on the total weight of your rig: if car + trailer stay under 3.5 t, a category B licence is enough; heavier combinations need B96 or BE. For off-road use we recommend a 4×4 with a tow hitch — call us at +421 905 854 630 and we will gladly check if your car is suitable.
Can you deliver the caravan to my location?
Yes. We can deliver the Decamp X5 to a location of your choice for 0.5 € / km. By default the caravan is picked up and returned at Cesta poľnohospodárov 8, Prievidza, Slovakia.
